Why the Dream Team Pulse Check exists

Strong skills don’t make someone a strong team member.

We’ve seen talented people quietly erode a culture, and committed people held back because nobody named what they needed to grow.

This tool exists to take the guesswork out of those calls. It shows leaders who is performing, who needs support, and who is pulling against the values the business is built on. Then you can act early, before small issues become expensive ones.

How it works

Start by entering up to five of your organisational values and listing each team member with their role.

Rate each person on technical competence: skills, productivity, collaboration, quality and commitment.

Then rate how consistently they live each of your values, and how they measure up as a team player on Humble, Hungry and Smart.

Finally, step back and look at the patterns. How many high performers do you have? Where does development need to happen? Which skills need strengthening across the team?
